About Therapy & The Process
Virtual therapy offers the same professional, confidential support as in-person sessions, but from the comfort of your own private space. We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to connect. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a private place to talk.
Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. The frequency of sessions will be determined collaboratively based on your individual needs and goals, but typically clients start with weekly sessions.
Billing & Insurance
Please contact us directly for the most current information on session fees. We can discuss rates during your free 15-minute consultation.
We are an out-of-network provider. This means that we do not bill insurance companies directly. However, we can provide you with a monthly statement called a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.
Getting Started & Logistics
We are fully licensed to provide virtual counseling services to any resident who is physically located in Texas or Florida at the time of their session.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee. This policy allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need.
